Familiar with the old-time, live radio programs that were popular in the 1930s through the 1950s?
If so, then you’ll enjoy The Ohio Valley Cloak and Dagger Company’s new adaptation of the classic Sherlock Holmes story, “A Scandal in Bohemia” by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
“A Scandal in Bohemia” is the first Sherlock Holmes story, published in 1891. It recalls the story of Irene Adler, the woman who captured Holmes’ eye and proved to be his intellectual equal. Live sound effects provided by The Holy Foley Molies and an original score performed by composer Lakin Weaver will create a rich experience for the audience and ignite the theatre of the mind as it all comes together on one stage.
