Inaugural McLain Farm Gravel Grinder. The three distances include 100, 62.5, and 35 mile options, highlighting some of the best gravel roads in all of eastern Ohio. With great climbs and even better descents, the ride is a mix of 70% gravel and 30% country roads showing off the area’s natural beauty.
Riders are encouraged to arrive Friday night to check-in, register, setup camp and tour the McLain farm. (There are campgrounds close by with further amenities than are available on the farm) Beer laps in the field alongside music and a bonfire. Race day is Saturday with a post-race hoe-down with food, beer, and music. Race weekend ends on Sunday with a rogue recovery ride on the roads surrounding the farm.

The “Regular” (Fun but still tough) – 35 miles – Top 3 overall; Top 3 Masters; Top 3 Women – $40
The “Dude” (Great climbs and even better descents, the ride is a mix of 70% gravel and 30% country roads showing off all the areas natural highlights and most entertaining roads.) – 62.5 miles – Top 3 overall; Top 3 Masters; Top 3 Women – $50
The “Country Mile” Century (This route isn’t for the faint hearted. 100 miles and 100+ ft a mile. You know what they say about a country mile) – Top 3 overall; Top 3 Masters; Top 3 Women; Bragging Rights – $60
Hoe – Down Ticket (non rider) – $15.00
This will provide you a meal and 1 beverage ticket for the post ride festivities.
