Many new exhibits and artifacts added to the existing collections. The 1895 Toronto Mail Wagon also moved into its new location in a lighted room displayed above Door #4 at the Rec Center. It is visible day or night but really shines bright in the evening.
Labor Day weekend is the last official opening until spring. Will be open on Saturday, Sept. 2nd from10 until 4 and Sunday, Sept. 3rd from noon to 3. During this time showcasing Bob Petras with his new book, “Release the Belgium” and also he will have some of the River Rat apparel to purchase. Also for the weekend will be Bob Brandt with his collection of artifacts from Brown’s Island. Bob joined last Labor Day at former location but was very limited on space. Giving him a whole room this time.
