“Faustina” is a dramatic portrayal of the life of Polish mystic St. Faustina whose personal encounters with Jesus have inspired a worldwide devotion to Christ’s Divine Mercy. Faustina Kowalska died in 1938 and in April 2000, was declared the first saint of the 21st Century. A parallel modern story within the drama offers audiences a compelling personal connection to the current moral issues of present times.
“Faustina” will be performed by actress Maria Vargo and directed by Leonardo Defilippis.
The performance is free and open to the public.
