This year's book features The Twelve Days of Christmas by Laurel Long. The signs will be placed along 4th street and you can follow along on a Christmas treasure map and see if you can spot the hidden objects on each page. Maps are available at Leonardo's Coffeehouse. After you complete the Storywalk, head down to the Main Library and pick up your free prize! Don't forget to hang your Christmas wishes on our tree and do a craft to take home!
5pm - Open House with walk in classes for the whole family. Games, arts & crafts, cooking, martial arts, math competition, wood burning, and more. 6pm - Showcase Performances in Sanctuary. See talented students perform dance, song, and instrumental pieces they have been working on all semester. 7pm - The Birth of Jesus Play & Gift Giveaway for Kids. Sycamore's Drama Class will be performing the Birth of Jesus play, followed by gifts being given away to any kids in attendance. Refreshments available.
There are two locations for Breakfast with Santa this year. Belleview Park and Froehlich's Classic Corner. Event at Belleview is a drive thru event from 9:00-10:00am and the Froehlich's location will be a walk thru/drive thru event from 10:30-11:30am. Kids will receive a to-go style breakfast from Froehlich's, a special gift and a visit with Santa. This free event is open to all Steubenville youth up to age 12 years, and children must be in attendance to receive items. PRE-REGISTRATION is required and there is a limit of two adults per family. To register for either event location call 740-283-6000, Ext. 4002. Registration ends November 29th, 2021.
