Steubenville Hometown Celebration Update

There has been a great response from organizations, businesses and individuals wishing to set up a booth as a vendor for this year’s Hometown Celebration.  The numbers are up quite a bit from last year.  There are still some spaces available, however, due to moving the location to a larger venue.  So if you are interested in participating this year, applications are still being accepted at the Visitor Center.  You may email: mary@visitsteubenville.com or call the Visitor Center at 740.283.4935 and ask for Mary.   The deadline of May 2nd is quickly approaching, so if you wish to join in the fun this year, now is the time to act!

Many of last year’s favorite events will be returning this year, including the mini train rides, the trolley tours, Nick the balloon artist, Kurt James Fun and Games, KidZone, and more.  There will also be a Hometown Talent Show at the Berkman Amphitheater from 1pm – 5pm, featuring many extraordinarily talented performers and followed by a concert featuring  Deja Vu at 6:30 pm.   There is no charge for most of the events and entertainment. In addition, there will be food vendors, the Dean Martin Cruise -in, a 5K Run/Walk, and a 50’s Dance in the evening.
